- 目の前の課題・取組と最終目的との一致感の確認
- 成果を出すために、全員がどのように在るべきか
- 承認とフィードバック

メンバーの１日の参加度の自己評価の平均は、５点満点中4.08でした。
前回に比べ、参加意識も自然に高まってきて
「以前よりも意見を言えるようになった」「メンバーからの厳しいフィードバックが嬉しかった」
「よりベクトルが揃った。共に成果を創りにいく」 などの前向きで頼もしい意見が出てきました。
ここからの1ヶ月。自分達でもPDCAを回していき、
よりチームとなった彼らに会えるのが楽しみです。
